OK, so I'm really getting addicted to this Squidoo thing. I find myself thinking about how I can make things better and better all the time.

I've made four more, with a couple more in the works :D

I need to tweak the ones that are finished though, to get them ranking a little bit higher.

It's fun and possibly profitable...LOL

I haven't made any money yet, and I have spent some of my Mechanical Turk money on getting traffic to the pages and getting the pages "dug", but it's nothing out of pocket.

I read and learn a little more every day, and take what I've learned and tweak what I have.

Oh, and tonight I got a call from one of the ads I placed in either People's Peddler or Craigslist about DVD Authoring to make a highlight reel for one of their children for a college application.

We'll see if she calls back, but she seemed relieved to have found someone to put it all together.

New Obsessions

I just realized I haven't posted here since July 18th.

I got busy with summer and the kids and a Facebook obsession.

Many times I was like "Oh, I should blog that" but then didn't.

I have recently discovered Squidoo and I'm now obsessed with that.

Marshall County Blueberry Festival

This was the first one I made. I was looking for something that may have outside interest, but something that I knew a lot about.

The one that I'm currently working on making grow on a consistent basis is the one that's All About Me. I'll re-link that one here when it's updated, but here it is for now.

There's also my experiment in progress. I posted the information on CraigsList and in People's Peddler. I've gotten exactly ONE e-mail about it, but I really didn't expect much business, at least not right away. I mean, who's heard of me, right?

But, here's my other "lens" as they're called on Squidoo.

So, while I'm working on paying off some debt, I'm looking at other avenues to generate some income, even if it's small.

My current goal with Squidoo is to build 10 lenses (that is what they call them) and get them decent rankings, and I'll continue to promote those and tweak them until they're where I want them to be. I have three published and several in the works, which I will publish, and update here, once they're published :D

In other news, things are going well at home :D
