Do you believe there's intelligent life on other planets?
Of course! The universe is too vast for us to be the only thing that has evolved past the single-organism stage.
Think about it, even if there is only ONE star in each galaxy that can sustain intelligent life, that is still BILLIONS of planets with life on them.
If you had to throw away either your TV or your computer, which would you choose?
TV, for sure. You could definitely watch TV on the computer anyway, so it wouldn't be a huge deal to get rid of the TV.
What website do you spend the most time on?
Pfffft. Now that I don't have much of a presence at that "other place" I'm on Facebook most, of course.

Do you believe in angels?
No. I believe human energies left over from the death of previous living bodies that can take human form.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.
What are you most excited about today?
I was most excited about getting to see my kiddos sing in front of the school today.

If you could go back in time 10 years and tell your younger self something, what would it be?
I only get 10 years? I'd already made most of my mistakes by that time.
What was the last book you read?
I'm reading Jodi Picoult's Sing You Home right now. I can't remember the book I read before that. It's been too long.
Who and when was your first kiss?
Kindergarten. His name was Mike. I got in trouble because we kissed during the Jiminy Cricket movie.
Do you believe in God?
I believe that there is something greater than we as humans can comprehend. I don't believe that we are meant to understand it, let alone humanize it. It is beyond us.
If you could date any celebrity, who would it be?
My list does not just consist of one celebrity. Gerard Butler, Trent Reznor, Lenny Kravitz, Henry Rollins, Cam Gigandet, Adam Brody, and Bruno Mars.
What was your worst travel experience?
To Naples, FL on a Greyhound over Spring Break in college. Lots of layovers and I got there stinking.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
I wanted to be an astronaut, until the whole Challenger explosion thing.
Would you rather take a picture or have your picture taken?
Take a picture. I hate pics of myself, unless I'm taking them.

What TV show do you wish would go off the air for good?
Jersey Shore.
I could live with never having laid eyes on Snooki.
If you could rid the world of one thing, what would it be?
Hatred. I believe if we eliminated hate, everything else would fall in line.
How would you describe your style?
Comfortable but acceptable?
I'm becoming more girly lately and have been doing my hair and makeup and such more and more lately.
What would your dream job look like?
One that I didn't dread getting up and going to every day, where I could feel like I was making a difference, where I had enough time to spend with my family, where I made enough money to pay all my bills and have a little left over...
Sounds a lot like my job now. While there are things with my job now that I would change, I've got it pretty good.
If you were stranded on a desert island, which one person would you bring with you?
I would love to take one of my kids, but I couldn't choose just one. I would rather be alone forever than take one and not the others.
I suppose James could suffice, as long as the girls understood why I chose him over them.
What's your earliest memory?
Knocking a flower pot over and knowing that I had been told that if I knocked it over, I was going to be spanked. I couldn't help it, the wet dirt felt so cool and spongy in my hands. I knocked it over and immediately began to cry, because I knew that I was going to get spanked. My mom took a pic and told me that she thought that I had cried because knocking over the flowerpot had scared me. I remember crying because I was terrified I was going to get spanked.
My mom says there is no way that I can remember that, but I do. I wasn't yet walking.
If you could become any fictional character, who would you be?
Eve from the "In Death" series. She has a damn fine and rich husband :D
If you could look like anybody, who would it be?
There is no one person that I can name that I'd like to look like. There was this one girl in my undergrad psychology class that was probably the most beautiful person I'd ever seen in an entirely non-gay way. She probably thought I was a lesbian though because I couldn't help but stare at her when we were in class.
Would you rather be rich or famous?
I would rather be rich. I'm not much for being in the spotlight. Being rich I could do the things that I chose to do quietly.
What's your favorite food to eat for breakfast in the morning?
Bagel with cream cheese. Sometimes some lunch meat in the middle. I actually LOVE eggs, but I can't eat them because I'm allergic.

Who do you think should be the next president of the United States?
I always said Montel Williams would be a good president, but I don't know now.
If you could only listen to one song for the next month, which would it be?

I'd probably get bored of it before the month is up, but right now, I'm really loving that song.

What was the best advice you've ever received?
Actually, it's a quote I recently read: "There's nothing to do with life but to live it."
What's the oldest piece of clothing you still own and wear?
My Riley High School sweatshirt. I had it like freshman year I think? It's in pretty bad shape, but I still wear it to bed.
I don't even know how I got the shirt, seeing as how I didn't even GO to Riley. I think I accidentally grabbed it after a swim meet or something.
What's the best place near you to get a drink?
Well, there's pretty much The Dandelion (AKA "The Dandy" or "The Weed Bar") or The Brass Rail (AKA "The Rail"). There are a couple of other bars in town, but I wouldn't go in them.
Honestly, the best place is probably Applebees or Wings, Etc.
What household chore do you hate to do the most?
All of them?
Actually, laundry isn't too bad, unless it's almost 1am and I'm waiting for a load to finish.
It makes the house smell all purty.
What are you most excited about right now?
My clothes finishing in the dryer so I can put my other load in and go to bed.
Do you consider yourself a good dancer?
No! I actually used to, back when I was going to the bar all the time.

What is the best thing that has ever happened to you?
Where did I put my glasses?
You left them on your nightstand, right next to your glass of water and your book light.
What's your favorite season of the year?
Spring, closely followed by fall.
I love the smell of dirt in the air in spring, the beauty of the renewal in nature, the fact that 60 degrees is HOT, a new found energy and longer days.
What video game have you played the most?
The Sims franchise, hands down.
I was an avid TSO player, and have had all of the games and most of the expansions.
I have spent so many hours of my life with an alternate identity! The screen name "Punkin" is actually a carry-over from my TSO days.
What was the last book you read?
Prom Night Murders. I can't remember who it was by. I had the e-book.
If you won a $1,000 shopping spree for any store, which store would you pick?
Target.
I love their housewares and their electronics section isn't too shabby either.
I could spend that grand pretty quickly.
What's your favorite school subject, and why's it your favorite?
English was always my favorite. I've always been an avid reader, and the opportunity to actually read things for credit was just a perfect combination.
I also enjoyed Sociology, Psychology and Journalism while in high school.
Since college courses are so specific and unique, it's kind of hard to state a specific "subject" as a favorite beyond high school.

If you could be on the cover of any magazine, which would you choose?
Rolling Stone, of course. Again, if I could make a living with music, one of the main loves in my life, I would do so in a heartbeat.
What's your favorite video game?
The Sims franchise, by far. I've spent so many hours on that gave. I wouldn't call it "wasted" because they were enjoyed.
I do enjoy me some Guitar Hero though too!
What's the most delicious meal you've ever had?
I can't pinpoint the most delicious meal that I've had, but I remember about a month ago, I was craving steak. I ordered one at Applebees and it was the most amazing thing I'd tasted in a long time!
